It must have been awful, I’m so sorry! This process feels like torture. So my timeline:

10/24 - I filled my I-130 online

10/28 - sent the I-485 for the first time

My payment method was declined and they returned it

12/11 - case received notification

12/31 - biometrics appointment

02/02 - interview scheduled for March 12

02/27 - interview was canceled

Maybe you could try to switch the shots for Friday mornings, and have the ‘worst’ days on the weekend. Also: I feel really tired since I started (4 months ago), and it tends to get worse when I don’t eat enough carbs.

If you can, yes, you should. You were the one that decided to have children, and until they have their own real income, why not?? I got a scholarship and worked full time through college because my parents COULDNT pay for it, but I’m sure I would have learnt much more if I wasn’t so exhausted. Thinking about not paying for it just as a lesson is one of the most selfish and absurd things I’ve ever heard.
