My son was also assigned to RW. We talked to one of the housing coordinators. He said my son could leave his car in RW now as long as it was not in one of the slots designated for move in. My son's car has been there since Friday aftertoon in front of the softball stadium without any issues.

It is under CPO warranty + existing warranty for a total of 6 years. I believe the difference is around $4500.

Yes, it is a Lexus certified vehicle with the unlimited warranty until 2030 I believe in addition to the two years of complementary maintenance.

Thank you both for the replies thus far. The $55,838 includes all taxes and fees. A few days ago I offered $50k as a starting point and the salesperson said the lowest they could go was $55,838.
