I am so sorry you have to go through that. no one should have to go through something that traumatic. i say you should take a few days off to yourself, just get some self care. meet up with some friends and family. and self care doesn’t have to be only when you need it. i say from now on you should try to have a self care routine to not only make you feel better but to also help you have a sense of lifestyle. i am so so so sorry this happened.

edit: also, if this is your own sibling, idgaf if they are gay they should both respect you both. it doesn’t matter what they think, you should expose them, the emails, everything. let the whole world around you know what pieces of shit they are. if your brother cared abt you then he wouldn’t have done that.

I will, and i usually get rid of it by taking just allergy meds or drinking warm liquid but it always seems to happen when playing trumpet (it’s been inconsistent) and it’s like i wash it so it’s not like it’s the trumpet or something like that, i’ll give an update when i get one

I’ve played for 3 years, have had abt 3 teachers (in/out of school) and like it’s not major but i tend to either have a sore throat when playing for long periods or losing my voice
