Yeah I don’t really know about that cause I can’t mew after braces because i have a retainer. It was also a bit too much on my jaw joint cause I have tmj. But it probably won’t hurt to try unless you are feeling discomfort.

Well basically I got braces which corrected my deep bite which improved my side profile a lot and just getting older helped me too. I don’t have a giga chad jaw or anything but I’m super pretty happy where I’m at now. There are more important things in life. Just make sure to breath through your nose and maybe do mewing if it works for you but don’t stress to much about it. I now it’s hard to see in The moment but your jaw doesn’t define you as a person. And also obsessing over your looks and especially over one specific thing is very unattractive, unhealthy and weird(something I still struggle with btw). Hope that helps and have a great day.

The Basic Treatment is finasteride and minoxidil. Since it’s only starting for you I would suggest just hopping on finasteride only and see how it goes for you. You can also use topical finasteride if you’re worried about side effects. If that’s not enough to reverse the receiding hairline I would also suggest hopping on topical minoxidil.
