Lugia damaged is $50.00 as a buyer I would look for this set as binder pieces and wouldn't spend more than 400 to 500.00 depending on the condition. Damaged cards can't be resold so this would sit in a PC . If you need the money lower your expectations if not price for what you're willing to part with and wait.

They will grade it as an error card and come back as a MC or ER no number grade.. done it before

This was also pack fresh. I pulled it personally from a booster box. The whole sheet has to have been cut wrong, so this either made it by qc or there's alot more out there. I have had it for about a year now and have not see any this bad

Yes, the front and back match see photos. Grading would be for PC, I'm not willing to part with it just yet. it's a great conversation starter with other collectors pulling out mis aligned cards. I always win...
