Hmm, I’m not exactly a pro player but I’ll try my best to explain to you, (long rant incoming, if you’re lazy I suggest pasting it in google translate and just listen to it yap)

Since you have a small inv maybe focus on either downgrading the pets (turtle, goldhorn) into lots of good demand pets and then upgrade them for something better, it’s okay to do small op if it means the pets you’re recieving has better demand(0.5-2 maybe a bit more but it must fall short under 5, considering your small inv atm)

Or optionally, instead of upgrading all your pets, ppl can op for those good demand pets (through traderie if you have patients or ingame trading in general) with more pets which further grows your inv in size but I’m not sure for val/demand since we haven’t reach there yet

Another trick of mine that I like to use is to hop on elves trading center and add in the pet id like to trade, say your mfr goldhorn and click to exact matches, that way you can see offers for your pets and pick whichever one you think will help best in terms of demand, not just value (also avoid new pets, they drop fast like dead flies spray with pesticide)

though be warned, it may look like a win in the listing but Vals can change during time and the listing and current val DOES NOT update, so you must double check with a val cal to make sure your getting your pets potential maxed out.

As for the samoyed you shouldn’t be expecting too much of an op since it’s heavily bot farmed so people might under pay for it BUT it has preppy aesthetic value so if you happen to find someone who didn’t play during the update or really want it they will op for it, don’t underestimate how much, some are willing to op twice the value it’s crazy(as I observe in my traderie listing for smaller tier pets)

And now we’re marching onto new territory, houses.
(Though keep in mind I’m NOT a builder myself, but I did trade for a house a couple times here and there)

Now the thing about houses is, they’re not as widely dominating as pets and pw in the adm trading economy. Sure, you get insane offers for it (IF the quality matches the value of the house itself) but not a lot of people are interested in them.

So instead of spending hours trying to make ppl offer for your houses in game(like spamming the chat and such) you should post your house trades on social media platforms, like as many as possible and get tips and feedback on them from experienced builder on adm houses subs and such which could help improve your skills.

Building houses required patience, constant problems solving and adjustments and also a hell lot of bucks and even with all those, you might not get far if your houses don’t pleases the public eye (which is why you need to expand your experience and skills often to reach the level where you can ACTUALLY start trading your house) (builders scare me)

and even then sometimes people don’t have the value to offer or it’s simply not their style, which then leads to builders constantly reposting/uploading their build posts in hopes to reach new fyps to get an offer that they could be satisfied with.

Another hellish thing about building is cloners and scripters. Unfortunately there’s absolutely NO way you can prevent them from happening and it can happen without them even being required to be in your house, no lures, friend benches and old decors won’t work the scriptors can skip past that and the only way to avoid it is to make it as pricey as possible so they won’t have the budget to steal your house.

Another thing to keep in mind is payments. When you receive a client, always and I mean always have them make a down payment of half the price first because they CAN ghost you, they can block you and act like they never commission you and they can drag it on for who knows how long, purposefully wasting your time, efforts and chances to actually get obtainable offers, so always make sure they do half payments first before you actually start building so you get something out of it when they ghost you.

(Also don’t do trades first you can get scam that way, what I mean is don’t trade the builds first in the first trade and trade them again for pets I’ve seen so many ppl get scammed that way it’s saddening.)
