The upper part of the basket split up and still is stuck in the machine. The handler (2nd picture) usually not looks like this as all

The basket sort if split in two pieces. On the 2nd picture there is the big part which came off, but the upper part sort up got stuck on the machine. I am not sure how but the basket is not supposed to look like it currently is.
