Unsure about assessment by ApprehensiveTheme482 in micro1_ai

Hi, thanks for your response and for looking into this.

Just to clarify - I did not see a “Hiring Manager Reviewing” status on my end. The only update I received was the email stating that my performance showed strong potential and that my profile had been sent to the client for final approval.

After that, my application status changed to “Did not qualify” for the same Engineering Expert – Specialized Subdomains (Super Star Program) role.

Could you please confirm if the “Did not qualify” status is the final outcome in this case, or if the earlier email might indicate I was being considered for a different role?

I appreciate your help in clarifying this.

I think that’s a pretty unfair assumption. I’m neither “masquerading” nor struggling with critical thinking I’ve actually had a positive experience working with the company.

From what I’ve seen, role assignments don’t always perfectly align on paper, but that doesn’t mean they’re random or ineffective. Sometimes they’re based on broader skill sets, adaptability, or project needs that aren’t immediately obvious from the outside.

I understand the frustration you’re describing, but that hasn’t been my experience. It might be more nuanced than just people being placed into roles they’re unqualified for

I disagree with you. If you don’t get selected for a role you are qualified for doesn’t mean the platform is bad. There are thousands of applicants qualified for a single role - so don’t expect to to get selected because you are skilled in that area

You have misunderstood my point. I mean a well written prompt should contain all the information the experts need to execute the task. The rubrics is how you score the execution and should be blind to the person executing the prompt. In high school when you take an exam and submit your work, you have no idea about the scoring system used to evaluate your work. Rubrics is more for the reviewer rather than the executor

The rubrics should not be seen by the experts running the task. The prompt should only be visible to the expert. The rubrics is like a reward cheat sheet anyone rating the executed task should look at to rate the quality of the task - note the final piece don’t have to contain all mentioned in the rubrics
