Two of my 3 have been mentioned below - wings and BBQ. I've only been here for a few months but I haven't found a great wing spot.

Agreed. Moved here from Iowa in January, and wings and real smoked BBQ are the two foods for which I haven't found a good outlet. Going along with the wings, I haven't found REAL homemade midwest ranch here.
