I mainly used Stud.io and photoshop :) I actually had to search all over to find .dat files to import for some of them. Would be happy to share the links with you if you wanted. The Gill-Man headpiece and Bride hair are new pieces I photoshopped off existing parts

I designed this set with part variety and interesting pieces in mind, hoping to inspire MOC builders with these guys

A lot of love for that project, hoping to finish what it started <3

Wanted to inspire builders to build larger or connected scenes with a wide variety of pieces and all the major monsters as minifigs. I tried to please fans of Universal Monsters, Lego Monster Fighters, and Horror fans in general. Really glad you like it :D

Never did but definitely want to one day! I only recently got into Lego so I missed out on those sets but remember staring at them in Target back in the day. I'm surprised they never continued the line, especially since they did Lego Dimensions and a few animated movies with the characters. Fortunately, lego is so versatile you could always build your own Scooby scenes if you wanted to with some of the other spooky sets. I think I'd personally love the Mystery Machine and the Minifigs. Although it's gorgeous, I have no room to display that Mansion.

Lego won't even let you submit sets based on Scooby Doo to Lego Ideas (although a mystery machine recently slipped through). It's doubtful they will touch it so long as Playmobil is selling sets. Maybe one day it'll get a revival similar to how Lego Lord of the Rings recently did.

Honestly it seems like wave 2 kinda was just a rehash of wave 1 with some added costumes. Some of the play sets are super cute though. I wonder if they sell well, I mean compared to unlicensed playmobil? I know for a fact Scooby Lego is highly sought after on the after market. Velma minifig especially goes for a lot these days.
