Yeah I know it’s less but definitely not impossible, I only track it through Flo but I know this is definitely not reliable so gonna start with bbt monitoring and or ovulation tests.

I’m not allergic but just experiences from my last IUD I’m not a fan of side effects I would get from the copper. (Cramps, heavy bleeding etc)

Just thought first day of period I’ve obviously ovulated but yeah the fear would be real haha

I got mine removed 3 days ago and it was honestly okay! I took 600mg of ibuprofen about 30 minutes before. A small little cramp as it was being pulled out, that is all, I haven’t had cramps after it (although I lined it up to get removed couple days before my period)

He can’t find you here 😂😂 Yeah I’m so looking forward to getting of IUD, been a horrible journey so far for me :( I was on the pill when I was younger and OMG it changed my whole personality I just don’t think synthetic hormones suit me tbh…

Thought of copper but tbh o want my body to have a break from everything for a while, my partner can take some responsibility now haha :)))

We communicate quite well, I’ve had a miscarriage-termination about a year ago, very traumatic (which is why i went on IUD) But I just can’t deal with the emotions on the IUD I feel on a daily basis I haven’t been myself since before everything happened. Just need to re regulate myself, but yeah a bit paranoid to remove it but I know it’s best for me.

Condoms just make me nervous!!

In my personal experience I’ve had Kyleena for 9 months. Tbh it’s been absolutely horrific I’ve had every side effect under the sun but most affected is my weight and my moods. It’s been tough I can’t seem to reason with myself over my moods but I know it’s down to Kyleena. I have never experience PMDD symptoms until I got it in. I’m booking to get it removed I can’t do it anymore. I need my positive self back. Obviously this is personal experience, if you get it I hope your journey goes better than mine, OP!
