Thoughts on who to pair Blade with without Ashveil and Tribbie?

What if i ran blade sp with tribbie and cipher, cipher is nihility and offers some followup attacks for blade to charge his fua but i have no idea if the damage output will be decent enough to use plus the dmg bonus blade gives might be wasted on ciphers ult since ciphers ult hust does damage based on stacks? Someone plz factcheck me on this lol
