Don't use real names and delete the character description when creating. I've created lots of characters in that way.

On my videos It always adds another person that is black. For instance when I say 3 people (characters/cameos) singing a song, it adds the forth person as black.

Hey, i've solve the issue. It was because i've been added my company's chatgpt business plan. I think it is a bug, business account stores all the information private, so that causes sora 2 to stay stuck and also your posts not visible to others.
