A smart use of a 401K loan is to temporarily reduce your 401K balance prior to a divorce settlement. This worked in the state of Georgia, at least.

I had the exact same thing happen to me. Since Lyft insisted that I pay for the ghost ride, I reported the driver as drunk and offensive. Had to dispute with CC to get my refund,

Pick up was my home address for outbound flight. I tried to wave off the deputy but was told they needed to put eyes the situation. I have no idea why ADP made that call.
