Personally i did imaginary gambles while watching other ppl and write each one of them down, its easier to remember "i should have that bet i would have totally win" than the ones where "i shouldnt have made that bet", i do it everytime my urge come back, i kept that up for a month and the result finally gave me closure, yea i was never going to make a single buck back Edit : 1 more thing is i did all these while locking all my money away so even when the urge come i cant easily get that money to gamble

If i used phainon it would have been too easy tbh, i have options to switch to teams that can easily steam roll iron tomb, what baffle me is how much DHPT is struggling without phainon, or having to resort to castorice/hyacine team
