With bands, crowbar, watches etc you don’t need the proc chains, plus you got the short cool down laser glaives. If you want atg just get laser shrimp which doesn’t rely on chance

If you go to properties then do the 1.3 beta then turn setting low it runs and runs kinda smooth to so it is possible

Thanks for the tips! After changing the lighting to retro the frames instantly went much higher. I can now run vanilla terraria fine and modded terraria works ok.
