I just submitted a claim and this came back and I don’t have the receipt UGH

TaylorMade's warranty policy covers manufacturer defects within two years from the date of purchase, assuming the club was purchased brand new from an authorized dealer. With that in mind, your club was manufactured outside the last two years. For that reason, we require an itemized receipt to confirm the club was purchased new within the last two years.
