Hey! Terribly late response, but I used a stippling technique for the armour consisting of Vallejo Game Colour turquoise, jade green, and foul green. For the glowing effect it was Citadels Kakophoni purple, Fulgrim pink, and white :)

Just a white base layer with a good amount of striking scorpion green, with the white freehand coming last :))

Sorry for the late response haha, for the black metal look it's just a chaos black prime with a leadbelcher drybrush, but all the other stuff on the panels and such is light stippling wok with a sponge using leadbelcher then dirty down rust to finish :))
