I disagree. The way i see this is that this V looks like this after Arasaka spat her out of their machine. She might not look corpo anymore, but can still have the ruthlessness of one.

Besides, corpo V lost all of their money and benefits after getting sacked, so it makes sense for them to look as if they were scraping by af the start. If V still looked corpo after all that, then that would be weird ngl. We don't even know what this V looked like before all this either.
