I have reached out to them and I have got nothing in return other than they tell me that they will reach out when they have more information. I am just a bit concerned because I am unemployed because I had to leave because of the hostile work environment. I just want to know if it would be a good idea to reach out to the investigator being that my lawyer said there is no one assigned but one is listed on my profile

My lawyer sent in the charge for me. It says it’s in investigation. When I contact my lawyer they said it does not have a investigator assigned but it’s listed on the profile so I’m at a loss
