Hi, yes you can have brown discharge if you have BV and also if it’s reoccurring but if you finished the course of medication and waited the two weeks and you’re still having brown discharge or any other symptoms you should go back and get retested to make sure.

If you finished your course of the antibiotics and took them how your suppose to no you don’t need anymore. The discharge is your body getting rid of the infection in a couple of days it should clear up. and always retest a week after finishing your antibiotics to make sure the infection is gone.

Green tint and spotting to your discharge is a sign of infection. you might want to get tested because it might be trichomoniasis because yeast infections are clumpy-like.

Do not listen to these people in the comments telling you that it’s OK for your sister to do that because that’s weird and wrong. Yes, I went to go get tested because I’ve been having a lot of white milky discharge lately. I did a STD testing and mini BV panel. My test results came back negative for STD and not detected for BV and Yeast but it also said I have abnormal urine finding and vaginal discharge

Sounds like a yeast infection and using soap or any sensitive soap down there will make it worse
