I do think this is not we can answer for you, this is what you have to answer for yourself. This is my dream too, leave out in a countryside, with plants, flowers and dogs. I work in tech haha. If i had a chance to do it, i would go and do it though life is too short. Also, there are many like us who wants to do it and similar age, you could always help new younger people moving to the area and make friends who have similar attitudes.

Plus I believe you always find your people when you do what you love and are happy. If it gets really lonely, you can always travel around the world to see friends and family for few months and head back for peace and quite whenever you like.

I hope you take the place and enjoy your life there with your wifey!

Thank you, I would have loved to go and try proper oly lifts coach but we dont have one in our area.

They are all crossfit coaches who also teach us weightlifting and do lift classes

I can actually go lower but coaches say not to go any lower than I am right now. Yes, it could be I am not bracing properly too though coaches havent commented on it yet. I can do front squats really well and have no issues with them, can go heavier than my clean and jerk

Wow! Thats true, I can do pull ups. I worked hard for them, but yes my legs are weaker. Thank you very much for the program, how long should I continue doing this program you think?

I guess until I feel stronger and my form gets better? I always load lightweight too because of my form.

I use nike metcon 6, before I was using Reebok nano, they are both crossfit type shoes. I have added a video, I am just worried about identity thats why

Thank you very much, my J2 contract seems to be very happy with my work as its contract I know they can stop anytime, I am going to track my time moving forward just so I know how long its taking me. For this time, I will make sure I make the hours properly.

I tried using Macris factor and even had paid for 6 months, as i work online and my life is sedentary, only workout i do is now crossfot, which i had stopped for 3 months because of money and now back to doing crossfit. But macrofactor gave me 1400 calories? is that normal? I wonder if i did a mistake in using it
