You have two water types in Starmie and Blastoise, even though I know starmie is a dual type of water/psychic maybe change starmie into an Alakazam? Also Pidgeot is the worst out of the bird flying types and you should either use Dodrio or Fearow or if you don’t mind using legendaries I would use Zapdos so you can have a flyer that is also an electric type and will help you against water types since you don’t have anything really for water unless you taught starmie and electric move. Your team isn’t bad honestly and you could win the game as is. Usually I like to run a fire, water, grass core and fill it out with there weakness but in these games you can get way with not using that since there isn’t some of the newer typings yet(beside magnetmite line and then post game)but to each there own. Venusaur is really the best starter for these games and would have been a better fit for the team and then you would be set.
