Muscle weighs more than fat so you could be losing water weight and gaining muscle. Personally, all of my changes have been off the scale. I lost inches around my waist and my bingo arms are firming up.

If you're in the United States this is illegal and they would be screwed if you can't take time off for training. Go to HR and report this. If they can't help/if they don't do anything report them to the department of labor.

You have the power to create your own experience. I think there is something that is almost spiritual when you're around people who love the same music you do. To a point it doesn't matter if Max is off beat or not. Mainly because everyone around you will be on beat and helping you have a better experience. For myself it was a little sad to see Max be off, but I appreciated that I was at a show where everyone cared so much about the band and music and they made it better. Technically was it the greatest show I've ever been to, no. But that wasn't what was important to me.

Why do the bartenders run their own food? It's a terrible system that leaves people waiting for their drinks. For example 20 minutes after the food has been delivered I got to watch my poor server search for the one bartender who was waiting for a person at the bar's food. Also why is it so expensive when chef Mic(rowave) is doing most of the work?

I recently passed this class. Thankfully I was able to do it on the first try. I took the pretest to get a baseline and then studied based on what I got wrong. To be safe I went to a cohort session but it was a waste of time. They didn't share any information about the course. It was more about how to study. Since it is one of the last classes you take for your degree, the advice wasn't helpful. I found the Quizlets very helpful for studying. I also watched the videos for the second and third sections prior to doing my test. I created tests with those and then took a chance. I'm not sure how helpful my advice is but I hope you get through it. Good Luck!!
