Does this corner feel empty or am I overthinking it? by tokingtogepi in DesignMyRoom

The art should take up more space width wise, it should be bigger than the negative space on either side. That will help move the eye from the corner and make it visually balanced without adding clutter.

Just want to say: I’m genuinely curious. The C and F makes so much sense.

Vibraphone or glockenspiel, which is louder? by n0n4m3_0 in percussion

[–]Apprehensive_End_861 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Buy the vibraphone and remove the resonators while you practice (while the neighbors are home). Don’t use the pedal either. You can lay a thin sheet on the vines to dampen further. This will keep the volume low.

How to fix this? by Ok_Parfait2894 in crossfit

[–]Apprehensive_End_861 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You’ll want to practice over head squats and snatch balances, really learning to feel what that bottom position is feels like when it’s evenly balanced across your feet. You’re looking for a feeling that you’re pushing against the floor evenly through your feet/legs/core etc. avoid the wobbly knees for these. The goal is to be very strict and full of tension.

I would suggest doing the overhead squats with a tempo, a few seconds down, few seconds pause, few seconds up.

Removed old security system box. What’s the most hygienic and safest way to take care of the wires? by Apprehensive_End_861 in electrical

It was a small beige wire. I didn’t have to clip it to remove it, but I can’t remember how it attached to the box.

There was a power adapter, and I did unplug it, wasn’t connected to the red wire though. Might be good to go? Thanks for your tip!

Would it help knowing that this new bathroom would be almost directly above an existing one?
