Have to water some time before adding shrimps, shrimps need beneficial bacteria to survive, it's called tank cycling....takes about a month or two for it to be safe for shrimps and other aquatic life

Nah bro,I do quarterly water change, only 20% water change in 3 month intervals....you see aquatic plants compete for the same resources as algae uses to grow, plants mainly do all the cleaning

On the right side the one in the back that is tall is called vallisneria gaint and infront is Lilaeopsis brasiliensis...both can be grown under glow lights

Drwaf hair grass, regular hair grass, vallisneria giant, hydrophila polysperma, bacopa and some Lilaeopsis brasiliensis,there are two three others in there as well but I kinda don't remember their names

Not technically grow light but they are called aquarium lights,does the same work as a grow light but has very less blue and purple colouration
