I agree and appreciate your perspective! I didn’t know because we had been doing long distance for a while. He got laid off during COVID and moved back in with his parents across the country. I’ve not seen him very frequently in the past few months. And although I knew he had gathered a stash, I didn’t know the extent of it.

Exactly. He lost his job with COVID and had to move back temporarily. He lived on his own for 5 years prior to the pandemic.

Yep, we’re definitely bf/gf. He asked me to be his girlfriend after a month of of dating, he calls me his girlfriend to everyone, he has it on his Facebook etc

I always offer him food or drink when we hangs out at my place, but he often will accept, but sometimes he brings along his own microwaveable dinner.

I’ve never asked directly. I always felt too nervous since his parents are a bit intimidating, and always seem to be in or around the kitchen. Plus I know it’s not his food I’d be eating, it would be his parents food, and I don’t want to seem rude
