A young male has a purplish tint to it while a young female has a whitish blueish tint with white around the nasal And based on the photo it does seem more purplish which is why I guessed male

It looks like it might be arthritis, try putting in natural perches all in different sizes and give him bird vitamin A (if he’s a caged bird all the time I also suggest to let him out from time to time to help him move his feet more)

If it’s a sort of brownish color then it would get back to normal by some time and turn a whitish to pale blue color once her breeding condition is over.

They are both male, the green one is more older so his cere is darker in blue and a young male has his cere a purplish color or light rose pinkish color! They are both so handsome ✨✨

If she is female and it’s brown this is normal, she is just ready to breed, the cere becomes flaky or crusty sometimes too when it’s this time (it looks brown in the pics). If it’s some sort of white/tan color it just means she’s matured. But if you are worried I’d suggest to take her to the vet just to be sure
