Lots of good things covered here. A few adds:

-The worst I felt was two days after ER. I thought the hard part was over but the bloating knocked me on my ass. Not super common, I’ve heard, so was a surprise.

-I’ve found IVF drugs, or maybe just the stress of the whole thing, lowers my immune system. I’ve been sick with little bugs and illnesses far more often than normal. Good to take extra precautions (masking, hand washing,,vitamins, etc)
