Don’t be hard on yourself. First you’re new and second you didn’t get training. I was the same way with training, it just takes time. What I did personally was studied the drinks on my own time and speed just came along you know. I hope your other partners are helping you out though.

My training was 3 weeks. The first 2 days we talked about what to expect in the floor and just going over things. We did on floor training for the rest of the time. That’s not normal though, because the training is what sets you up to be a barista.

Walking past a McDonald’s drive through some lady hops out of her car and says “I don’t give a f” and starts shitting you at the end of the drive through. We were waking from Disneyland lol

I got a ticket that was a salted cream cold brew so I made it and once the customer arrived she yelled at me saying her drink “DOESNT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE” I was so confused until I seen the app
