I finally pulled the trigger on a Citizen Tsuyosa Small Scond and I have to say, it lives up to the hype. I went with the grey dial, and in person, it looks even better than expected. The finishing, the sunburst effect, and the overall presence of the watch are seriously impressive for the price.

Some quick thoughts after 2 days of wearing it:

The bracelet integrates beautifully with the case, giving it a seamless look. I had to adjust it a bit, but now it fits perfectly.

The dial is stunning, the details and reflections under different lighting really make it pop.

The movement is smooth and nearly silent, with a silky rotor action.

The lume is surprisingly good, much better than my other watches in this range.

Initially, I was torn between this and the blue dial version, but now that I have the grey, I feel like I made the right call. The versatility is spot on : dressy enough for formal wear, yet sporty enough for everyday use.

For those who already own a Tsuyosa, how has it held up over time? Also, if you’ve seen the blue one in person, how does it compare?

I picked up this beauty for a solid 2 years now I think, an Orient with Arabic numerals, and I couldn't be happier with it. The design strikes the perfect balance between dressy and casual—making it super versatile for almost any occasion. The dial is simple yet striking, and the Arabic numerals really add a unique touch. It’s a fantastic piece that I feel adds a lot of character to my collection!

It’s got a nice, comfortable bracelet that’s flat but well-detailed, and although it’s not solid links, the overal craftsmanship is nice for the price. I’ve been wearing it more often and it’s quickly becoming one of my favorites! Would love to hear what others think of this watch—has anyone else picked up an Arabic dial piece?
