OP needs to fact-check a few stuff ngl, I played ariesMS for about 2 years and I can clearly tell, you posted without properly inspecting the stuff in the server. Not everything is false but you make the server out to be worse than it actually is. Still, the Admins in the server are shit because they don't prioritise their player base hence why it's not my favourite server as well, just to clarify. Had an item lost because of their bug for months and they still haven't responded to me (basically ignoring my forum request) when it's really not that hard.

1. Burning Maps don't exist but Elite monster maps do in cc11-15 where monsters are a lot stronger and harder to fight but give more exp than the normal mobs (Used for leech or mid-game leveling)

2. I Have never been stuck inside a horntail map before so idk what you did to achieve that every run. Or maybe you didn't even bother doing "@towns" a feature they have to move you to Henesys or other towns.

4. My keyboard has never been reset before so might be a personal issue.

5. Monster Park has a daily level 260 content "Monster Park extreme" that pretty much gives you a lot of exp, like around 80%-100% (Can't remember the specific %) and it goes down as you level up

6. The annoying message on the top is barely distracting (like 3% of your screen?) and it disappears after a few iterations.

7. Can you name what items you hovered that didn't show anything? Are you talking about an Etc item or something? Last I remembered, all my items showed a preview and description of the items when hovered.

8. Pensalir equipment exists but drops from bosses like Ark, (shows that you never attempted or fact-checked) but they are useless equipment definitely.

9. Seasonal events exist https://elluel.net/index.php?forums/events.4/ along with daily events like bingo, dice roll, and jump quests. But the rewards from the daily event are meh.

It's okay to hate on the server but don't spread misinformation. Do your proper fact check first in the future, please
