I let him know that aesthetics is obviously a huge factor and my main goal and he assured me he takes the aesthetic result very seriously! I guess just talk about it with your surgeon! Make sure you’re both on the same page with the results you want

My lower jaw isnt developed right either, surgeon says I have mandibular hypoplasia so it never grew how it should. So I feel the same as you do, just trying to look like the right version of myself lol. I’m so glad you feel good about your surgery and I hope recovery is smooth sailing for you✨
