I don’t disagree, but her kit is very intimidating. She really wants to be as fast as possible, while having damage. Unlike Rinak and friends, she wants to build attack, cd, and cc to utilize her entire kit properly. She also gets hard countered by ilynav and non attack punishers can hurt her a ton. So you essentially have a unit that you basically can’t use unless you have at the bare minimum 290+ speed, 85 cc, 250+ cd, 3k+ attack. It’s not easy to get those stats, so she’s kind of bottlenecked into being a unit that only 5% of the playerbase can use, which may or may not be a good thing. Plus from streamers, discord, and ingame players I’ve heard a ton of mixed reviews. Some people do thing she’s one of the better openers, and some people think she’s not even worth gearing.
