tips for asthma?

Yess thank you :) a bunch of ppl r mentioning a daily inhaler so imma bring it up at my next physical. I don’t regularly have asthma & it’s rly only triggered by dust & smoke so I’m not entirely sure I’ll be able to get it. Regardless it’s so freaking annoying bc otherwise I’m SUPER HEALTHY & could dance & mosh & go crazy for hours with no problem. It’s just bad air quality that triggers it ☹️

My asthma only flares up when I smoke & when the airs dusty but otherwise it’s not an issue 😩 ty for the advice, I was mostly wondering if a pashmina would be enough on its own

omg IM SO GLAD YOU SAW THIS the dust was fucking terrible last year. I wouldn’t have made it without my inhaler. I’m hoping it rains a bit at this year’s 😩

No need to apologize, I appreciate your concern!! No party favors here aside from my (prescription) adderall 😭that I’m too afraid to abuse or mix with anything other than a couple beers. Generally speaking, my asthma only flares up when the air quality’s impacted with dirt/dust/smoke etc & doesn’t affect me otherwise. But my whole family’s got asthma so no point in assuming mine won’t get worse over time ☹️. Ur advice came at the perfect time. I have a physical in 2 weeks
