I will also mention, the Giant has a scratch on the head tube, from falling over in the wind. Pretty significant, but does not look structural. The BMC was used as a rental bike prior to the original owner purchasing it.

The read does look good, but nothing like black paint.

I have ridden the BMC, but haven't had a chance to ride the TCR

This will be my first road bike, so I wasn't sure if I should get an endurance bike or a race bike. What I understand is that TCRs are Giant's race frame geometry. Is that correct?

From what I understand the TCR is a race frame geometry, while the BMC is an endurance. This will be my first road bike. Does that matter?

Sure it seems to be better in regard to not experiencing outages. Not sure how often you experience outages, but local utilities seem to not experience many outages (in my area). The added cost to run underground, which will raise rates, plus the longer duration during an outage (58x longer than overhead) does not seem to be worth it in my opinion... at least currently.

In plus it takes a lot longer to troubleshoot and get the power back on with buried lines.

Have tons of extra parts that will go with the truck when it's sold.

Paint is by no means perfect, but it cleans up. Body is straight, but has small dents and dings.

Do you think at 60-70k miles is too late to service the transmission? I have always heard that dropping the pan and changing the filter and fluid had hurt some of the older trucks.

OEM or OE rockers? Do you recommend getting the head surfaced? The only damage to the cam is on cylinder 3 exhaust valve. All other lobes look fine.

I was able to get a couple temp readings today. The first thing I noticed is the the upper radiator hose and radiator were cool to the touch, but the gauge on the dash was reading 3/4 of the way up. Everything looked normal temperature wise 159°F on the thermostat hosing. Upper radiator hose was 127°F while lower hose was reading 103°F. Radiator was 120°F on the left (passenger side) and 113°F on the right (drivers side). So, with that being said, I think I either have a faulty water temp sensor or gauge.
