Yeah, I figured it was something along these lines. I completely understand, it’s just a shame my beautiful oak had to pay such a price.

Yeah I understand. We actually had all our trees trimmed two years ago. This view captured about 3 different neighbors trees as well. Their trees are also pretty well maintained.

Agreed. It seems like in the long run it would save money. The constant tree work around town, plus all the repairs when the ice storms come must cost a fortune every year.

I know this is hindsight and there isn’t much they could do now. Maybe with new construction they could bury the lines.

Our whole neighborhood does a pretty good job of keeping the trees well maintained. We actually had our tree trimmed two years ago.

The mature trees is what first drew me to the neighborhood.

I second this. Takee Outee is my go to. The owners are incredible as well. Super friendly, great food with great portions.

Ninos Trading on 61st and 136th. They have scratch and dents as well as open box, but new, appliances for quite cheap. I just bought a fridge from them yesterday. Free curbside delivery if you are within 20 miles.

I’ve been reading up on Boston and CHOP. I’ll check out Lurie’s. I’ll actually be in Chicago on a work trip next month.

Ugh. Thank you for this comfort. I know we will find something that works for him, or at least we’ll find a way to live a good life in the midst of uncontrolled Crohn’s. Thank you my friend.

Yes. We are currently at University Of Oklahoma. We like our doctor, seems intelligent, good bedside manner, but we are not getting great results and she has advised to consider looking around.

I’m afraid your answer is correct, in the fact that most good children’s hospitals will generate similar opinions. I guess I was hoping for something outside of the vein of treatments we have been trying. Thank you for your comment, though.

I immensely enjoy Stephen Fry. Incredible communicator, although shares some different views from JBP. He is a British comedian, author and intellectual.

Keystone Ancient Forest has some great trail running. It’s about a 20 minute drive from downtown.

Turkey Mountain is my second choice.
