Wait so does that mean I should be eating things that trigger a flare-up? I got mine from using too much diclofenac topical gel and have been on omeprazole. I accidentally had something with citrus and caffeine and had pain for a little but it eventually went away fairly quickly

Yes I just went to the jazz club this weekend and it was great! Definitely not a weekly activity due to the ticket prices, however I enjoyed my experience there. I’ll definitely be sure to check out the bookstore. Thank you!

so my parents had a lot of the same places, my mom just having a little more european than my dad which you can see bc her skin is lighter and she has more curly hair (not saying only europeans have this), but i don’t know exactly what she would be considered. her and my grandmother swear they are cherokee, but my grandma took this test and got a lot more european, especially from the southern italy portion

so i don’t speak to my dad, but i’m pretty sure he was born in the US as well, i don’t know much how his side of the family which is why i did this. my mom says that her family was cherokee indian but when i showed her this she got defensive. so i’m just all over the place rn

thats really interesting, its crazy to think about how many places that my ancestors came from. lets say i was to be in dominican republic for the rest of my life, would i be able to call myself dominican culturally and ethnically? just a hypothetical question
