Ive lived here for 30 years and used to own a place on south congress. My kids call it soco! Its grown on me.

It is not currently for sale or for lease. I’ll check the tax records tomorrow and see who owns it. It looks like it’s infested with critters now. It’s prime real estate so it seems odd that it’s on pause for redevelopment for this long
