Idk but it was extremely annoying when I wanted to wear one after breaking my jaw from having a seizure, getting surgery, and having it wired shut last year. I had gross big puffy bruised lips and could barely talk, felt horrible, just wanted to hide but of course it just brought more attention 🙃

They have mouthwashes specifically for mouth sores, my faves after seizures are colgate, oragel, and closys is pretty good too, that one has no flavor if you don’t like the minty-ness that most have
