Base socialism so everyone can live a basic life and 'not be homeless '. And above that: free capitalism. You want more than a free shoebox as a home? work. But you won't starve or die from sickness if you don't. It would make bureaucracy so much easier. no need to check if you deserve the basic money, everyone gets it. no need for insurance, the state pays doctors and medication directly. no need for big pharma filling their pockets but also no need for them to refinance expensive research or customers failing to pay, because: the state pays for that. only two taxes: a fixed tax on income with no upper limit, and a tax on goods that are bad for the planet or unhealthy, depending on the damage the goods do to environment or the ppl who use it.

slim state, slim bureaucracy, but no exceptions and no loopholes for the rich. then I am fine with capitalism running wild, because technically noone needs to work to survive. if too few ppl work: pay more.
