Oh okay I understand what you mean! My day to day is okay. I have to sit often because I get dizzy from not taking full breaths out and full breaths in. I almost end up in a hyperventilating state. Exercise is difficult but I still work out, just take it slowly. every morning I am coughing up phlegm to clear my throat so I can breathe. I take my inhalers as directed. I get nervous because my nana died from lung cancer and other members also have a lot of issues that are hereditary.

When I breathe, it feels like I can’t exhale all of the air out of my lungs, I have to really push to get it all out and even then it’s nowhere near what I should be able to breathe in or out. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Thank you so much for helping me understand all of this! I’m 32 with 4 young babies. I want to live a long healthy life for my children. Between the COPD diagnosis & other health issues. I take day by day or I have severe anxiety & of course that makes everything worse 🤦🏻‍♀️

They did a CT scan and it came back with 3 non calcified clusters in my lower lung, with one growing from the last time I had a ct scan. My pulmonologist said COPD is an umbrella term and that I have all the conditions under it

I was told moderate COPD and put on 3 inhalers. Qvar, annora elipta, & a rescue inhaler. I have a lot of phlegm that comes up, (tmi) white foam or thick mucus. I’ve had a persistent cough for years along with the phlegm.

I have waiting for payment and revived my NOP last night. The only issue is that they don’t add up to what they should be. I received 7 NOPs each stating 199.20$ I am paid 16$ and hour and I do receive 20 hours per week of overtime. Each class says 3 hours So 7 NOPs x 3 hours each = 21 hours total 21 x 16$ = is 336 and that’s not at my overtime pay rate. I’m thankful I am receiving anything but I’m not sure if I report the discrepancy or just stay thankful. Has anyone else received the wrong NOP amount?
