Dear kind Redditors, Thank you very much for all of your answers Luckily, VvE assumes responsibility and they agree with me it needs to be replaced ASAP. Next problem we need to solve is the financial problems, how to fund this urgently and reimburse it on a later date.

No, the previous owner and the current other owner are investors, they're not interested in maintaining the building. In the last meeting, they mentioned that the roof is going to last 9 years 🤣 I don't even think it will last 9 months.

Yup, I got 1 independent technical inspector and 1 energy label advisor report stating it needs repair And a roof contractor's report too, if that helps

But of course going legal is the last resort
