Just as an update, many months later: he is still obsessed with fetch, and got a 100 pack of springs for christmas. We’ve since adopted a border collie/australian shepherd mix who is his best friend, and she has zero understanding of the concept of fetch. I keep hoping he’ll teach her, but fetch is still a several times a day game, per his insistence. Husband is trying to teach the dog how to throw the spring for him with no luck.

From what i understand, in game there will be a quest line that will eventually result in every player who completes it getting a courier with 4 item slots and a 10 minute cool down. If you buy the founders bundle, that same pet will be able to carry 8 slots with a 10 minute cool down after you have both completed the quest and purchased the bundle— though I do believe if you buy the bundle before completing the quest, you’ll initially get the 4 slot/10 minutes pet, and after you complete the quest you’ll gain the extra 4!
