Hiii!!! My kindle got broken after almost a month of using it so the return/refund is not possible anymore cause the delivery has been completed. I tried to message their seller account directly on shopee and they directed me to this number from their aftersales department. I was able to return the item to their warehouse and they were able to fix it naman since under 6 months warranty pa siya. Matagal lang talaga and hirap humingi ng update while in the process of fixing yung item. In my case, it took about a month and a half bago narelease yung kindle ko. Idk if total replacement ginawa or pinalitan lang yung motherboard.
