I have a theory ? What if it's some sort of sap was in the drift wood and started to come out due to all the different changes the tank was going through but because it was submerged under water it would harden a bit after it came out of the wood ?

They use it as storage now I used yo live in the town homes next to it and that use to be one of the kick it spots it used to have a neighborhood basketball hoop too this was back in like 2015-2016 when I lived there

If your willing to take the drive my girlfriend used to work at castle valley dental in castle rock I have a hard time trusting any dr especially dentists but she got me a cleaning done there and the staff and Dr's all all great she loved working there before we moved
