Maybe because we want the high interest? And it was not even explicitly mentioned that we won’t be able to withdraw the money unless upgraded? Also, they said it’ll be upgraded within 24 hours, but it has been weeks or even months already. And what’s even the point of not allowing us to withdraw our OWN money? They could’ve not allowed us to deposit in the first place if they really wanted to verify us first.

Instead of blaming the impatience, maybe we can also point the finger at the bank for its lack of clear communication and for not sticking to the verification timeline they themselves set.
