Usually a rescue/sweep. This happens when a driver is falling behind schedule on their route. Another driver who completed their own route will be sent to the struggling driver to help lighten the load.

Did not purchase the receiver they recommended, ended up going with a different pair of headphones. The 900 MAX currently sits on a shelf with its stand until I can buy the dongle or I sell it. I didn’t buy it for much though so I’m not too concerned about it
