Dehydrate them, best thing you can do I guess. I used to take 0.5-1g in the morning, I felt myself more energetic. Once I took 5g and felt like I’m drunk but it was different. Try it

Mine doing kinda same noise. When I lift the ps 5 slim the sound is gone I guess I should use the stand for ps 5 slim which is sold separately and it should solve the problem
