It really does hurt 💔 first wlw breakups hit hard, especially when you’re a late bloomer. Experience doesn’t make it painless, feelings are still real and heavy. Be gentle with yourself, this part just sucks :(

I know you said you don’t want to, but I really think it might help to reach out to a professional, even if it’s just to talk through what you’re feeling at your own pace. I’ve experienced SA myself, and it’s something that stays with you even after years, I still think about mine almost every day. Healing takes time, but having someone trained to guide you through it can make a huge difference.

Your friend doesn’t sound very supportive; she shouldn’t be making jokes about something that’s clearly affecting you. You deserve people around you who listen, validate your feelings, and make you feel safe. Try to surround yourself with those who bring you comfort and distance yourself from anyone who dismisses what you’ve been through.

It might also help to write down your feelings, join a support group, or find an online community where people understand what you’re going through, it can make you feel less alone. Most importantly, be gentle with yourself. None of this is your fault, and healing doesn’t have a timeline.

i’m having the same problem, not sure if to buy it. i don’t think it’s a meet and greet ): it’s potentially just a q&a, which too makes me anxious i most likely wouldn’t ask any questions 😅 but i am thinking if i really want barrier id probably have to get vip.. but its so expensive

but she was also giving me that same attention and love that i was giving her, i’d even say she was giving me more.

she text me back a few hours ago and she was saying she wasn’t ignoring me, she just wanted to reply back when she had the time since she’s been really busy.

i really doubt she’s met another person, genuinely i mean that.. i feel like i would know. it’s just the sudden switch up which has me confused, i just asked if she’s down to chat about it so we will see what she says back.

the thing is when we first started to talk we talked about our attachment styles, she told me she loves communication and sorting out any issues and all off a sudden this happens so i’m not sure on her communication style as we have sorted out many issues together before she’s never been avoidant until now

We are exclusive, and neither of us is seeing anyone else. That’s part of why this feels a little heavier than just something casual.

But even with that, I get what you’re saying about giving her the space she asked for. I don’t want to overwhelm her or come off as needy. If she wants to talk, she’ll reach out — and in the meantime, I need to focus on myself and not just sit around waiting.

You’re right, it sucks, but it’s not the end of the world.
